2021 HCP Holiday Card

Happy Holidays from all of us at Health Connect Partners!

8/19/2021 Update
We are very saddened to announce that we will not be able to hold an in-person conference this fall in the beautiful city of Pittsburgh, PA.  The strain on hospitals from this current surge has increased significantly, and it is no longer feasible for our Provider attendees to travel at this time.  Instead of gathering in Pittsburgh, we will facilitate those connections between Providers and Suppliers in our online platform.

Our 2021 Fall Hospital Pharmacy Conference will be held Live Online:

  • Education & Supplier Showcase open on October 25th and will close on December 3rd
  • Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be held November 8th – 12th

If you have already registered for the October conference, we will be connecting with you very soon to discuss the transition to an online event.  Any hotel reservations booked in Pittsburgh will be cancelled with no penalty and no deposits will be charged.  In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions at 615-449-6234.

We wish we could be gathering together in the same place this fall, but we look forward to hosting you once again Live Online.

Happy Holidays from all of us at Health Connect Partners!

After careful consideration and multiple attempts to reschedule, we have decided there will be no Health Connect Partners physical events held this spring. Instead, we are refocusing our spring conferences to be held virtually while looking forward to our largest in-person fall conferences to date.

The health, safety, and well-being of our attendees and staff, as well as everyone's families and patients, is of paramount importance. We have been closely monitoring guidelines from federal and state governments, CDC, and WHO. We have also been actively following travel advisories and restrictions being placed on our attendees, most of whom are unable to travel for the foreseeable future. With an ever-increasing number of our healthcare Providers on the front lines preparing for and responding to the COVID-19 outbreak, we also appreciate the fact that they are needed far more in their hospitals right now than at our conferences.

But we also realize that the need for connection in our healthcare communities has never been greater, even though being in the same place is not possible right now. We look forward to bringing Providers and Suppliers together in our new virtual conference format to learn, connect, and support each other. We are excited to find new ways to foster those connections and will be sharing more details in the coming days.

Please stay tuned for additional information, which will be coming soon. We look forward to hosting you for an exciting online event experience.

Happy Holidays from all of us at Health Connect Partners!

Wilson County Relay For Life

We had a great time Friday, June 15th at the Wilson County Relay For Life Event. The whole team was there to support the American Cancer Society. We had a cookout and a western themed photo booth tent. We want to thank everyone who helped us support such a great cause! We proudly surpassed our $5000 goal and raised $6,740!!

Once again, Health Connect Partners will be participating in the Wilson County Relay for Life event on June 15th. We are all touched by cancer in some way and have pledged to support the American Cancer Society in giving "Cancer the Boot" in 2018. Our tent will have a Western themed photo booth with lots of fun props for event participants to have fun while helping with the fight against cancer. We have already exceeded our initial goal of raising $5000! Visit our Team Page to see our dedication to "Give Cancer the Boot"!

Health Connect Partners will be in the Windy City for the 2017 RSNA Conference. Visit us at our booth in the South Hall - 3117

Relay for Life - A Team Event to Fight Cancer

Team HCP is joining the fight for the cure on Friday, June 9, 2017

We are excited and proud to be walking as part of Health Connect Partners' team at the Relay for Life walk in Lebanon, TN next Friday - June 9, from 6pm to midnight.

This journey is something that I am actively involved with for HCP. I lost a great industry friend recently. I told him that we would conquer this nasty disease together and that we would win. Sadly, I did not hold up my end of the deal. But I made up my mind that I would find another way to help. As the Team Captain, I am charging hard to making our first Relay for Life team walk a successful event. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Relay For Life is the signature fundraising event for the American Cancer Society. These events are powerful opportunities to celebrate cancer survivors, remember lost loved ones, and put some personal action into the fight against this nasty disease.

Donations are used to fund life-saving cancer research, patient support services, prevention and education information, and detection and treatment programs. In addition to the funding raised for cancer research grants, last year the funds raised from relays provided 456 thousand nights of free lodging to patients at Hope Lodge, and over 1.2 million calls / chats from patients and caregivers seeking info and support. The events also raise awareness of the importance of cancer prevention, early detection, treatment, and patient support.

Please visit the Health Connect Partners team page for more information. We would love to have you join our team or help us make an impact.

Thanks again for your support,

Jason Green
Partner & Chief Sales Officer

What a wonderful time in Miami! Thank you to all of the Providers and Suppliers who joined us for our largest Hospital Supply Chain & Hospital O.R. & Surgical Conference to date.

Join us at our signature Reverse Expo at one of our upcoming conferences.

For suppliers, this unique format creates the optimum environment for building relationships with key decision makers from the participating facilities. It also maximizes time – no waiting around the exhibit hall hoping for a provider to visit. For providers, it’s an invaluable opportunity to dialog with industry-leading suppliers, learning about new products and finding real solutions to the challenges they face every day.

The Reverse Expo isn’t the only draw. All scheduled meals are held together along with educational sessions and extensive networking opportunities through hospitality events and receptions that allow you to build relationships with other experts in the industry. It’s not just about exchanging information. It’s about building those all-important relationships. And where you build your best relationships, you’ll build your best business.

Healthcare providers are looking for real solutions to the challenges that face their hospitals. They don’t want to be “sold”, but rather understood. The more suppliers understand these challenges, the better prepared they are to meet their needs. That’s where we come in.

Jason Green, our Chief Sales Officer was recently featured in DOTMED Healthcare Business News magazine to share some insight on the growing success of our signature Reverse Expo.

“The new format allows twice as much networking and relationship building with half as much time spent out of the office. Attendees from both conferences are together for the networking events, such as meals, hospitality suites and dinner and entertainment evenings. But we structure each agenda so each conference is able to maintain dedicated focus on their target audience during most of the education and reverse expo sessions. It’s a new model for us within the last year, but it’s been incredibly successful so far. We are very excited about the potential.”
