Health Connect Partners, Inc (referred to as “HCP”) website is a service that is intended to provide useful information for HCP conference attendees, consumers and other interested persons. By using this website, you agree to the Terms of Use, which govern your uses of the HCP website and its services. HCP strives to protect the privacy of each individual web user. HCP does not disclose to third parties any information that may be associated with a particular individual gathered as a result of interaction with the HCP website without prior authorization and consent of the individual (such as acceptance of the Photo, Video and Information release that is part of each online conference registration). HCP may assign a cookie to each website visitor upon login so we can identify the user each time he or she returns to the website. This cookie would be used only to 1) keep track of how many unique users visit the HCP web site, and 2) assist the website’s collaborative filtering software in making more accurate content recommendations.

CONFERENCE ATTENDEE INFORMATION
By registering for our conferences, you agree that certain information provided during the registration process (such as First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company/Facility, City, State, Website, Health System/Ownership, GPO Affiliation, Bed Size/Bed Responsibility, etc.) may be made available in HCP publications (such as the conference book and booth listings / Reverse Lead requests) and may be printed on your name badge. Each attendee at HCP events is required to wear an official, printed conference badge which our staff will scan at the entrance of each event to determine session attendance, manage session capacity, and to enforce session restrictions. Attendance data captured from entrance scanning may be used to allow you to see a list of sessions you attended by logging into your My HCP website account. Attendance data captured from entrance scanning into HCP events (such as educational sessions or sponsored events) may be shared with affiliated, responsible parties (such as CE accreditation agency or event sponsor) but will not be distributed to other attendees or sold or authorized for re-distribution. HCP also allows attendees to do their own badge scanning at the conference. HCP does not require you to allow another attendee to scan your badge and HCP is not responsible for attendee scanning. When another attendee scans your badge, you are consenting to allow that attendee to use your contact information to communicate with you – just as if you had given them your business card – in accordance with their own privacy policies. HCP does not sell attendee lists nor authorize any third party to distribute or sell attendee information related to any HCP event.

For our virtual events, Online Reverse Expo meetings (including support meetings) may be recorded for quality assurance and staff training purposes only. Additionally, contact information provided during registration for a conference or a virtual event (such as First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company/Facility, City, State, Website, Health System/Ownership, GPO Affiliation, Bed Size/Bed Responsibility, email address, business phone number, etc.) may be made available to participants of the virtual roundtable or Online Reverse Expo (i.e. by appearing on the screen during your Online Reverse Expo session, being shared in post-meeting follow up emails and downloads, listed in an attendee directory, etc.). By participating in our virtual roundtable or Online Reverse Expo, you are consenting to allow that attendee to use your contact information to communicate with you – just as if you had given them your business card – in accordance with their own privacy policies. By registering for our virtual event, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and agree to these processes for virtual roundtables or Online Reverse Expo events.

To prevent another attendee from receiving your email address, phone number, and street address by scanning your badge or by participating in the virtual roundtable or Online Reverse Expo, you may opt-out by contacting us at privacy@hlthcp.com. Your First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company/Facility, City, State, Website, Health System/Ownership, GPO Affiliation, Bed Size/Bed Responsibility may still available. For any other questions or comments, please contact us.
