 How do I win the Connection Award?

  • Complete & submit the nomination form below, detailing a connection that led to a successful business partnership which was formed at, or because of, an HCP Conference.
  • Participate in a professional video shoot with your connection partner.
  • The Connection Award Committee will evaluate all nominations and select the winning partnership.
  • At the conference, a short clip of the video will be presented to the attendees before the Keynote Address and the winners will be announced live.


When submitting a nomination form, please keep the following in mind:

  • To be eligible, you must have entered into a successful business partnership - actual closed business - because of a connection made at, or because of, an HCP Conference.
  • You and your connection partner must be willing and able to have a short video recorded by HCP's  videographer to be shared from the main stage during the conference.
  • In your submission form, keep your connection story to 100 words or less.
