Our 2022 Hospital & Healthcare I.T. Summer Session will be held Live Online (virtually) June 20th - July 1st. Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be held June 21st - 24th from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Central). 

 


What is required of provider attendees to attend the live online session?

Provider attendance is on an invitation-only basis, and we evaluate each potential attendee individually before extending an invitation.

For our live online summer session, we request Provider attendees to participate in a minimum of 3 hours of Live Online Reverse Expo sessions which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you. Four hours, which would be the equivalent to the Reverse Expo sessions at our in-person conferences, is greatly appreciated. The Reverse Expo sessions will be held June 21st - 24th between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm (CT).

What are the dates for the Live Online Reverse Expo?

The Summer Session Live Online Reverse Expo sessions will be scheduled over four days:

  • Tuesday, June 21st
  • Wednesday, June 22nd
  • Thursday, June 23rd
  • Friday, June 24th

Session times will be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Central) each day and may be selected in one-hour blocks (i.e. from 10:00am – 11:00am on June 22nd and 3:00pm – 4:00pm on June 24th). All times are posted in Central.

 

How does the Live Online Reverse Expo work?

Our Live Online Reverse Expo will facilitate one-on-one meetings in a custom platform developed specifically to foster connections between providers and suppliers – click here for a working preview of our platform. Each registered provider will select a minimum of 3 one-hour blocks of Live Online Reverse Expo sessions (up to a maximum of 6 one-hour blocks) which can be scheduled at the times most convenient for you during the four-day Reverse Expo sessions (i.e. from 10:00am – 11:00am on June 22nd and 3:00pm – 4:00pm on June 24th).

Absolutely! The same standards of customer service apply to our live online conference as you have come to expect from our in-person events. If you need assistance at any time, call 615-449-6234. Our staff will be on hand and immediately available to assist with any questions to make this as easy and successful as possible for you. No automated bots or third party call centers involved. We will be at your service when you need us.
