Once we process each provider registration, we assign the hotel reservation according to the dates submitted on the registration form. Please do not call the hotel directly to make or alter your own reservation - even for additional night stays. All provider reservations are managed through our office. Individual hotel confirmations will be sent out a few weeks prior to the start of the conference. If you have any questions, please contact Chantel Mace at (615) 619-7445.

WARNING: Please be aware that you may be solicited by Exhibitor Housing Management (EHM) or other companies to book your hotel room or make travel arrangements for our upcoming conferences. Such companies are not affiliated with and are not sponsored or approved by HCP or the hotel to provide travel arrangements for our conference. We may work with a travel agency for airfare but we do not work with any third-party agencies for hotel arrangements. For your safety, please do not give your credit card to any solicitors.



Travel Information

AIRFARE 
Once you have registered for the conference if attending with a full scholarship, we will send you the contact information for our travel agent to book your airfare. 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION 
Transportation will be covered between Chicago's O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago if you are attending with a full scholarship. Details will be provided after you register for the conference.

Transportation will also be provided to & from the dinner & entertainment venue on Tuesday evening, May 25.
