Please do not call the hotel directly to make or alter your own reservation - even for additional night stays. All provider reservations are managed through our office.

We have pre-blocked the rooms for the number of provider attendees who are participating with a full scholarship. Individual hotel confirmations will be sent a few weeks prior to the start of the conference.

Travel Information

AIRFARE 
Once you have registered for the conference if attending with a full scholarship, we will send you the contact information for our travel agent to book your airfare. 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION 
Transportation will be covered between the airport and the Galt House Hotel for all arrivals on Wednesday, May 13 and for all departures on Friday, May 15 if attending with a full scholarship. If you are arriving or departing on any other days, you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements.

Transportation will also be provided between the conference hotel and our dinner & entertainment evening on Thursday, May 14.
