Once we process each provider registration, we assign the hotel reservation according to the dates submitted on the registration form. Please do not call the hotel directly to make or alter your own reservation - even for additional night stays. All provider reservations are managed through our office.

We have pre-blocked the rooms for the number of provider attendees that will be invited. Individual hotel confirmations will be sent out approximately 45 days prior to the start of the conference.

Travel Information

AIRFARE 
Once you have registered for the conference, we will send you the contact information for our travel agent to book your airfare. 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION 
Transportation will be provided between the airport and the Hyatt Regency O'Hare for all arrivals on Monday, October 15 and for all departures on Wednesday, October 17. A ground transportation schedule will be provided to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference. If you are arriving or departing on any other days, you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements.

Transportation will also be provided between the Hyatt Regency O'Hare and our dinner & entertainment location on Tuesday evening, October 16.
