Once we process each provider registration, we assign the hotel reservation according to the dates submitted on the registration form. Please do not call the hotel directly to make or alter your own reservation - even for additional night stays. All provider reservations are managed through our office.

We have pre-blocked the rooms for the number of provider attendees that will be invited. Individual hotel confirmations will be sent out approximately 45 days prior to the start of the conference.

WARNING: Please be aware that you may be solicited by Exhibitor Housing Management (EHM) or other companies to book your hotel room or make travel arrangements for our upcoming conferences. Such companies are not affiliated with and are not sponsored or approved by HCP or the hotel to provide travel arrangements for our conference. We may work with a travel agency for airfare but we do not work with any third party agencies for hotel arrangements. For your safety, please do not give your credit card to any solicitors.

Travel Information

AIRFARE 
Once you have registered for the conference, we will send you the contact information for our travel agent to book your airfare. 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION 
Transportation will be provided between the airport and the Hyatt Regency O'Hare for all arrivals on Wednesday, October 17 and for all departures on Friday, October 19. A ground transportation schedule will be provided to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference. If you are arriving or departing on any other days, you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements.

Transportation will also be provided between the hotel and our dinner & entertainment evening on Thursday, October 18.
