Attendance Policy

No refunds or registration “roll-overs” for other Health Connect Partners, Inc. events are permitted. Registered individuals may transfer their registration to a substitute representative from their organization in the event that the registered individual is unable to attend. Notice must be given at least 5 days prior to the event. Health Connect Partners, Inc. assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants. Health Connect Partners, Inc. reserves the right to substitute presenters and re-schedule programs due to unforeseen events, catastrophic weather, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, or any other event out of the control of Health Connect Partners, Inc.

At each conference, Health Connect Partners reserves the right to employ professional photographers and videographers to document the conference for use in our marketing materials. Simply scan the barcode on each provider executive's badge, return your scanner to the HCP registration desk at the end of the conference, and you will receive a spreadsheet via email with detailed contact information for every provider executive badge you scanned: full name, job title, facility, address, phone number, and email address.

The best part: these scanners are active from the time you check it out on the second day of the conference until you drop it off at the end of the conference. Pick it up before breakfast and you can capture data from every conversation you have until the end of the final Reverse Expo session.
